Return and Refund Policy

Each Galaxy Mode piece is made to order. Because every item is created specifically after your order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color selection, change of mind, or preference-based reasons.

Please review the product photos, description, and size guide carefully before placing your order. If you are between sizes or prefer a roomier fit, we recommend sizing up.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can review the issue and help make it right.

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description of what happened
  • A photo of the full item if the issue affects the design, print, or garment

If the issue qualifies, we may offer a replacement, reprint, or refund.

Wrong size or change of mind

Because our products are made on demand, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds if the wrong size was ordered, the wrong color was selected, or you changed your mind after purchase.

Please use the size guide before ordering. Product measurements are based on supplier information from our production partner, Printful, and actual product measurements may vary by up to 2" (5 cm).

Lost packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate the issue.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for any reshipping costs.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider, or payment service.
